So basically i clicked the submit button from actually submitting my
project. I did submit my project in the next 4 minutes of clicking the
submit button. Will it cause any trouble taking into consideration that i
still have 2 days left for my task?

As long as you submitted the actual work before the deadline that is fine.
Your mentor will review the work and will let you know if there are any
issues.

And just as a reminder, you can always ask the mentor to extend the
deadline if you need to. So if something comes up and you can't finish a
task before the deadline then just ask the mentor to add a couple of days
to the task.
